Alternativen – Modelle zur Finanzierung lebenslangen Lernens

On national and international level, a number of alternative financing models for lifelong learning processes are being discussed: self financing by the learners, individual income transfer assurance systems, individual education bonus systems, state funding oder financing by companies or fonds. The author describes the different models recommending mixed cooperative forms for the German educational system.
